Take Your Training To The Next Level
The KK Olympic Lifting Club offers Olympic weightlifting clinics to help you increase strength and improve technique. Whether you’re just starting out, looking to refine your technique, or training for a comp.
Olympic Weightlifting is renowned by athletic coaches far and wide as the best way to make their athletes powerful and explosive. For novice athletes, we train the fundamentals of the three contested Olympic lifts: the snatch, the clean, and the jerk. More advanced athletes will move up in weight faster and the novice lifters will stay with light weight and work on their form.
We run these clinics periodically for 1.5 hours – $25 each (max of 10 athletes). We sell these classes as a bundle of 4 consecutive Saturday sessions, to allow a continual mode of learning and coaching opportunities developing optimal results.
